Harry Speaks to Homer Chamber

Harry presented to the Homer Township Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, November 10th. Which Direction is your Entrepreneurial Ship Headed discussed various aspects of exit planning.  About 20 attended the lunch meeting at Woodbine Golf & Banquets. Harry challenged the audience to think strategically about grooming their business for either sale, succession to a key employee or family member, or for liquidation.

Audience members received a list of the criteria to take home along with their personal evaluations.
